Solana Wizard provides a technical interface (GUI) to interact with the Solana blockchain. Our service facilitates token creation and management. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys or your funds.
The information provided on this website and the tools available are for educational and technical purposes only. The creation of a token does not guarantee value or utility. Users are solely responsible for their tokenomics and marketing strategies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their tokens comply with local regulations, including the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation where applicable. You agree not to use Solana Wizard for fraudulent activities, "rug pulls," or any form of market manipulation.
Fees for using Solana Wizard (e.g., 0.15 SOL) are paid directly via smart contract transactions. Due to the immutable nature of the blockchain, transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the network. This aligns with EU exceptions for digital services that are performed immediately.
Solana Wizard shall not be liable for any losses resulting from software bugs, network congestion, wallet incompatibility, or user error. You use the service at your own risk ("As Is" basis).
We value your privacy. Solana Wizard does not collect personal identification data (PII). We only interact with public wallet addresses. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the EU Member State in which the operator is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
